We do not charge the buyer for our services
As a License Buyer agent, we are paid by the developer like any other Real estate agent in Australia. We source a specific property for your needs like an investment, first home from a townhouse to Penthouse or downsizing.
Being a low-cost mobile Buyers Agent, we can offer up to $10.000 cashback at settlement for using us.
How Does It Work?
- Step 1 Contact us today by phone, email or by completing the on-line inquiry form.
- Step 2 Depending on your schedule and geographical location, our first meeting is arranged to either meet in person for a coffee or have a phone chat. It’s a ‘no expectations’ chance for us to work out if we might be a good fit to work together and start your property hunt. The general agenda of the meeting is:
- You share your current situation and what it is you are trying to achieve and any time frames you are working towards
- I explain the services we offer and what you can expect from us
- I answer any questions or concerns you might have about using a Buyers Agent. All going well we move onto Step 3.
- Step 3 Should you decide to use our service we both complete a ‘Wish List’ which is a detailed profile of your specific requirements and assists us to narrow down the type of property you require.
